Deki Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 Hey guys, After a factory reset there's no possibility to do a health ping for warzone did you already got this issue? I tried with a new factory reset also checked if I got the latest version 3.3.280 all good and also tried a sync cloud but all the same no possibility to do a health ping for warzone. Thank you
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 25, 2024 Administrators Posted May 25, 2024 What do you mean by a health ping exactly?
Deki Posted May 27, 2024 Author Posted May 27, 2024 Hey @fraserSorry for my late answer, btw thank you for your answer I mean the Ping Heatmap of the COD Warzone servers.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 27, 2024 Administrators Posted May 27, 2024 It's working for me, on the Ping Heatmap page click the icon then click Resync cloud then try pinging the game again, does it work?
Deki Posted May 27, 2024 Author Posted May 27, 2024 Same for me. clicked on resync cloud I can see it's running but after that when I ping There is no changes N/A on the ip adresses
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 27, 2024 Administrators Posted May 27, 2024 Can you resync the cloud then get the logs from the System Information page for me please?
