Server blocked

Hi, as per the attached photo I have blocked the Milan server but despite this I can still connect to the blocked server. how can I solve it?

There are many servers for just one location so adding one to your deny list won't be enough, you'd have to keep adding them, this is why it would be best to exclude the entire area from your radius instead

Move your home location/reduce the radius size so milan isn't included

Sorry but the is dome problem I am put only swiss server but in game take Milan.

if you See the ip location its Milan but its block

There are no game servers in Switzerland so you won't get a game there, you'll need to cover another server. Try this:

1. Quit the application/game/client completely
2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC)
4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
7. Wait 2 minutes
8. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works better.
