ethernet wired connection

I have my Netdumaos R2 connected to ISP router and I am able to connect my gaming console to the netduma wifi but if I try to connect the console via ethernet it does not seem to connect to the Netduma, it shows LAN 1 and LAN 2 for network connections. is there settings configurations for it to say netduma wired

Are you actually able to access the R2 interface? If so, if you check the Device Manager table view, do the LAN ports show connected when you connect the console to them?
