Where are you seeing this error exactly? Is it happening on loading a page or after changing a setting etc?

in system information logs

Is anything not loading on the Sys Info page specifically? Does it happen every time you load the page?

Resync the cloud on Ping Heatmap, then ping and see if more succeed, otherwise we'll have to update it.

There is no point in synchronizing... These 14 servers always fail....

Avisarei a equipe: você ainda poderá se conectar a eles usando o Geo-Filter

The geo-filter is also having problems... It doesn't connect to nearby servers, even if I use polygon mode... The geo-filter is working randomly...

Try this:

  1. Quit the application/game/client completely
  2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
  3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC)
  4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
  5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
  6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
  7. Wait 2 minutes
  8. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works better.

I did all these steps, however, it continues to search for players from locations other than where I marked it on the map

You can't impact who connects to your games - only the servers you connect to. Is the issue that you're connecting to servers within your radius but the players in those games are foreign?

Yes cloud updates won't be long, we did an update to our internal tool so will be easier.
