The game delay is different from monitoring

I'm currently playing on an Asian server, and the monitoring shows a delay of about 2-5, but the delay displayed in the game is 33. Is there any setting that might be wrong?

Are you saying the ping on the Geo-Filter is showing 2-5? What game is it you're playing exactly? The increase in game could be processing delay
