smart boost  profile for destiny 2 doesn't work , it shows it offline . so... does that mean its not working other profiles? like gaming , PlayStation ? Do also do a cloud update to destiny 2 by chance!?

It may show offline but does it appear on the main SmartBOOST graph when you're playing? If they're all showing on the graph then they'll be working and it's just a visual issue. If needed we can do a cloud update.

It does show up on page of smart boost. when you guys can ? and have time , can you see if destiny 2 can get some love? what i mean ... cloud update , look at servers ... etc.

Okay great so it is working then! Is there a specific issue you're having with D2 we need to look at for a cloud update?

just looking for better dpi support , all around updates , why we wait on better firmware

A game won't always need DPI updates weekly/monthly etc. Are you noticing missing servers, misclassified servers, incorrectly located servers etc?

smartboost is gone and ping optimizer is not working First time this happens

Try the main interface on the PC, is it showing then and can you then enable SmartBOOST again?
