No Bridge Mode Alternatives.

Hi, so my ISP does not allow bridge mode , so what are my options, and what do I loose with alternatives? Is there an optimal setup?

Best thing is to use the DMZ, you won't lose anything by doing so, the effect is the same

Thank you for the response. They are offering me a public IP for a small fee, does that helps at all?

You'll already have a public IP, do you mean a static IP? In most cases no but do you have a moderate/strict NAT even with your gaming device connected directly to your ISP router?

That's okay thanks, one more, sorry. Wireless devices upload speeds are not getting capped by congestion control settings, only download speeds, It does not matter how much I move the slider it only caps it on my wired pc, any wireless device will give me full 30 upload instead of 20 like my wired one.

Are you using PPPoE or VLAN on the router at all? Where are you testing the speeds?
