Geofilter not working. XR1000 Router

I click the geofilter tab it states, ''This rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute.

Things i have tried,

Upping the tries of app tries to 5, different browser, updating the firmware, hard resets, hard factory resets with firmware updates.

ive tried countless options that were advertised through the forums in the past and im at a loss at what to do now.

What firmware version are you on currently? Last thing may be to try a firmware upgrade via TFTP

I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/54949-dumaos-is-not-running/?do=findComment&comment=407569

Okay so re upgrade the firmware using TFTP and then a hard reset? also im not too educated in these processes so that link you sent me and the video could you explain a little as to what im doing?

Okay i got some good news but ill start with the process i did first 

NMRPflash and TFTP did not work. re downloaded the firmware using the admin upload and re did a hard reset and it finally worked. its working now. sorry for the hassle.

Is there a built in VPN on this thing? The geo map shows the radiant circle out of California

There isn't no. You can click the home icon then click on the map to change to your location

Which home icon? Nvm I had to get out of polygon mode
