lucasezequiel094444 Posted April 26, 2024 Posted April 26, 2024 Hello, even before the update, my VPN was amazing. Now he doesn't even try to connect. Here's my setup
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 26, 2024 Administrators Posted April 26, 2024 Is that actually the username/password for your VPN service as that doesn't seem right
Hello, thanks for the prompt response, if that's it, I specifically use no lag VPN
lucasezequiel094444 Posted April 26, 2024 Author Posted April 26, 2024 The ports in these images are the last ones I used to test if they worked. The ones that I verified were useful to me are the ones in the other post.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 26, 2024 Administrators Posted April 26, 2024 It's not the ports, it hasn't even connected. Can you provide the log from HVPN from when it fails please?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 26, 2024 Administrators Posted April 26, 2024 Correct, when the connection fails there will be information there about why, if I see that I'll have a better idea
lucasezequiel094444 Posted April 26, 2024 Author Posted April 26, 2024 Perfect, I'm not at home right now but in a few hours I'll send you the error report, thank you very much for your attention so far!! If there is any section where perhaps I can rate you, let me know. Netduma Fraser 1
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 27, 2024 Administrators Posted April 27, 2024 This is the username for the interface, it's unlikely that you've set your email for this? By default it is admin / password you would have been able to change it in the wizard when you initially setup but it's unlikely you made the username that long
