Soupdragon
Hi there, I've been getting 10% packetloss in most games recently in Warzone (but it usually hangs around at 1% to 2% at best). It's barely playable. Someone recommending using pingplotter to try and diagnose the issue, but I think I need some help reading the output. Here's a screenshot of readings below. My setup is a 500mb fttp plusnet connection - and the chain of devices just goes: ONT > XR500 > Ethernet cable to laptop Tried 2 of the same superhub 2 and have the same issues I'm getting with my XR500 so don't think it's the routers being broken or anything. Also tried playing warzone on ps5 with wifi and was getting similar packet loss (so it's not my laptop either as far as i can tell). Does this look like it might be an issue with cabling outside my house or even problems at their various exchanges/routing along their lines? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 25 Administrators Share Posted April 25 Redo the test but leave the interval at the default (2.5 seconds I think it is) and don't click on individual hops, then provide a screenshot of the results please
