Ethernet connection stops working unless i reboot

Does not happen a lot but once every 1-2 weeks every device connected to ethernet stops working until i reboot and the WiFi still works. What could be causing this?

This might be the DHCP lease renewing, set it to 10000 in settings, apply, reboot from the interface and see if it happens less frequently please
