Ping Optimizer Bugged

I am unable to adjust the congestion controls in the ping optimizer. Upload speeds aren't being throttled and massive ping spikes. Any one have a solution? 

did a factory reset and works again..

It's been like this since the beginning of February... unfortunately the company abandoned the xr 1000

Did you disable SmartBOOST? If so you can't adjust the sliders. Did you disable Speed Test Bypass? If so then your changes are unlikely to be reflected on waveform etc.
