What’s going on? Geo Filter not working!

Recommended Posts

What’s going on?
I’ve literally paid nearly £190 for a product that doesn’t work!!

Using the geo filter to play Call of Duty ranked and it’s putting me on servers outside of the radius. Even onto servers that I’ve blocked.

I’ve tried all of the suggested fixes and yet it’s doing the opposite. Putting me in servers with over 100 ping.

help please or I will be getting a fat refund!

Steady Ping doesn't impact the servers you get. What are the servers you have allowed?

  • Disable GeoLatency
  • Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0)
  • Enable Strict Mode
  • Disable Fast Search

Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

Looks like you're getting a great ping to that server though!

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

Where is it you're located roughly? Ranked the potential games are going to be more restricted already so then by filtering it you're adding more restrictions which may be why - do you notice it in public games?

I have a similar problem. I use it as a router with a LAN cable. I also transfer from Netduma R3 with a Cat8 cable.

It can only be used as a router, if you make a new topic and describe your exact issue we can help you there

Even though I applied the settings you mentioned, Call Of Duty Warzone also connects to the Geofilter area as per its wish. I didn't experience such a problem in the previous version. Even though I block other country servers, it still connects. My settings ; Geo Filters : Off / Ping Assist : 0 / Strict Mode : On / Fast Search : Off
On The game Open nat Type : Open , DMZ Active i use as.

If you make a new topic showing a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page showing what you see when this happens please we can help you there
