Orbxtal
Good morning, since getting my new R3, I haven't been able to pair my Nanoleafs. I split the wifi bands and I am trying to connect them on the 2.4GHz. Never had issues before with other routers, I even tested with the modem/router from my isp and it connected instantly. From what I've seen online, airtime fairness can cause issues to pair nanoleafs. I don't know if it's enabled or not by default (I wish we had more advanced settings available) or if it's potentially a different setting causing the issue. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 1 Administrators Share Posted April 1 Presumably you're using a phone with an app to get them connected? If so have your phone on the 5GHz and then see if it works. I think it should be fixed in the next version if its the issue I think it is.
