Efootball matchmaking problem on netdouma R2

im facing this problem

the polygon or radius mode not working on efootball

when im searching for a match it gives me servers outside the circle wich using tcp instead of udp

your filtering mode just block a udp 

while the efootball servers trying to connect a tcp when a udp not available 

any help please!!!
