High Ping

Hi, I'm playing efootball on ps5. When I check the geofilter without entering the game, I see values between 35-40 ms. But when I connect to the server and start the game, it goes up to +150 ms. And the game becomes really unplayable. please help me what is wrong?

on the contrary, at first it shows 35 ms but when I connect to the server it increases 3 times and the game becomes unplayable. Unfortunately, there is no place in the game where we can see the ping. I can only look at it through Duma os.

tracert 34.154.57.115 

what ping do you get to it?

Then what do you get if you do this:

tracert 115.57.154.34

Thanks, so looks like it pinged the first IP which was correct and then got put onto pinging the latter for some reason, it might be relaying you to that other server. Add it to your denied list and see if you get anymore like that

i hate having to restart my router everytime i want to use it then restart it again and have to turn off smart ping....

getting worse pings from uk 1st/2nd test on the second ip and i done 2 test on the first ip

No it's more for me to see what ping the router might be taking into consideration, it's something I've raised with the team. I think the Geo ping is reading too high as the ping has timed out but the in game ping won't actually be as high so it won't be as bad as the Geo makes out
