helpme Posted March 22, 2024 Posted March 22, 2024 I turn on the ethernet on my pc and I am unable to browse the internet. However, when I turn off ethernet and just use Wi-Fi I am able to browse the internet. I did a factory reset but it did not fix it. I changed the ethernet cable that did not work. I unplugged the router and plugged it back in and that did not work.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 22, 2024 Administrators Posted March 22, 2024 Have you set a static IP on the PC or router at all? If you wait ~30 seconds after turning on the PC does the internet then work?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 22, 2024 Administrators Posted March 22, 2024 I don't want you to do so I was just checking as it could have been a potential reason. If you wait that 30 seconds does it then work?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 23, 2024 Administrators Posted March 23, 2024 It's probably something simple, we've barely troubleshooted but I'll respond to you there
