helpme
I turn on the ethernet on my pc and I am unable to browse the internet. However, when I turn off ethernet and just use Wi-Fi I am able to browse the internet. I did a factory reset but it did not fix it. I changed the ethernet cable that did not work. I unplugged the router and plugged it back in and that did not work.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 22 Administrators Share Posted March 22 Have you set a static IP on the PC or router at all? If you wait ~30 seconds after turning on the PC does the internet then work?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 22 Administrators Share Posted March 22 I don't want you to do so I was just checking as it could have been a potential reason. If you wait that 30 seconds does it then work?
