Achill19a
Hi. How do we return the R3? Issues I am encountering, like many other users: 1. Ping has increased by 7-15ms (yes, ping stabilizer is off) - this is in-game ping, specifically MW3. Any combination of settings will not lower the ping to what it was used ISP default gateway, which was between 8-12ms. 2. Router features sometimes work, sometimes don't. Including: ping optimizer and geo filter. Thanks
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 15 Administrators Share Posted March 15 You'd need to email us [email protected] for this. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How have you setup the Geo-Filter and Congestion Control?

I've tried all of the troubleshooting methods listed in the forums. My modem is in bridge mode, not outputting wifi signal. I have seen multiple threads on this - the base ping just shoots up on the R3 as compared to other routers. I don't want to go through the dog and pony, just want to return. I'll send an email to that address, thanks for providing.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 15 Administrators Share Posted March 15 I'd check what firmware you're on, if you're not on .41 then that's likely why and upgrading will resolve it

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 15 Administrators Share Posted March 15 Before you email I would double check the terms at netduma.com/terms as you may not want to troubleshoot but may be required for your return
