My app is not working well today. I can't set the Ping Optimizer at all and I can't register the device on SmartBoost. I register, but as soon as I exit the app, it is automatically deleted. I tried deleting the app and installing it again but the same things keep happening. Can you help me and give me some advice? thank you

We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.

There was an app update a few days again but shouldn't affect this. If you do it in the web browser does it work then?

Thanks for your reply. I understand and I hope that it will be fixed soon. I believe in you guys! My Mw3 game is working, I just didn't know what was happening with the optimizer ping.

ps. now I looked at the app again, I noticed that my R3 version does not support VPN. can you tell me what is the latest version and where can i download it? thank you

It will become available in the next firmware version we release. I believe it says that on the app as we didn't expect the app to be approved so quickly (took a day rather than the weeks it normally does)
