WarZone can’t connect to the nearest server

Hi,

I play Warzone Resurgence solos and I usually connect to the nearest server to me which is Washington. From last few days I noticed, I can’t connect to that particular server but everywhere else. I turned filtering mode on for Washington only and it never connects to it. 
I have attached some pictures 

Why am I not connecting to that server

By turning off filtering mode it never connects me to Washington server
