R3 Showing Device Inactive

Hi everyone

When playing online on my PS5 the device is showing inactive when in a game. Infact it’s showing 0 activity all day. Is there a reason for this I can sort out please? 

Trying to get best performance but each game of FIFA is awful. Showing low ping 10-18ms but gameplay is laggy / input delay. 
 

I reduced the geo filter to UK only radius but still playing people in Netherlands and it’s painful.

Here’s some things you can try.

-Forgetting / resetting the network settings on the PS5.

-completely powering off the PS5 as in unplugging power outlet for about 30 secs.

-unplugging the r3 power outlet for 30 secs.

-Also you can try deleting offline devices in netduma device manager

I just responded to your other topic but you can't affect where other players connect to, just the server you want to connect to. Try forcing servers slightly further away even if they give a little higher ping as they may be more stable and provide a better experience.

Hello mate, do you have any idea why my R3 is not recognising I have my PS5 active? Appreciate your comments on a Sunday!

It's a visual bug at the moment but as long as you can see servers on the map it's working as expected

I'm having the same issue. My Ps5 is showing inactive since yesterday on the geofilter and I cannot see any info in regards to what server I am playing on for Warzone.

Try this:

1. Quit the application/game/client completely
2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
3. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
4. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
5. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
6. Wait 2 minutes
7. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works. Even if it still shows inactive it should still show servers.
