Joshcorchris
I setup my new R3, everything works fine except the WIFI. I split the channels, its broadcasting and my devices can connect to it, but it doesnt allow my TVs or Iphones to connect. My PC in my office is connected to the wifi as well, but it CAN reach the internet. Is there something I need to adjust to make it work on my devices? ChrisG82
Have you made any manual settings for IP, DNS etc. in the devices that are not getting an Internet connection? Can you post the settings for DHCP from the R3 and the IP settings from the iPhone
craiga79
I had the same issues and it was a couple of factory resets to get it working again.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 25 Administrators Share Posted February 25 As above have you made any manual network settings specifically on those devices? Can you see the devices on the router Device Manager? ChrisG82
Joshcorchris
I have not made any manual changes to the networks … yes all devices show up on the device manager. I have factory reset the R3 twice now, and still have the issue … Ethernet LAN works, wifi to office PC works … WiFi to devices doesn’t work … if it helps, I have fiber internet from frontier
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 25 Administrators Share Posted February 25 Presumably you haven't changed much on the router either since getting it? Do the devices show they're getting an IP address from the router?
