PING NOT STABILIZED

hello everyone, I have a big problem I just received the netduma r3 and it was like a child's dream I thought I would finally be rid of ghost bullets, lag in my games ping raise etc, the problem is that with the netduma r3 I cannot stabilize my connection. it says ping not stabilized and when I click a message impossible to stabilize the ping because the connection is too unstable or incompatible. I put my router in bridge mode it didn't work, I put it in console device manager it didn't work... I put the dmz of my box on dumaos and it still didn't work!! my question is why buy a 200€ router to make my connection worse?? I would like to be reimbursed, there is probably no solution..

Where exactly are you testing this? Have you changed Congestion Control/SmartBOOST or Geo-Filter manually?

Hey Fraser this is so random but this aged very well I see. I was reading some archived posts and saw this... Netduma R3 Steady Ping is cheating eh??‼️😂

If I recall correctly, this was around the time of a device that did artificially increase your latency to a ridiculous amount that actually made it so bad for other people in your game and was being used to cheat. 

Using our feature it helps to absorb spikes/jitter, the maximum your ping can go is to 80ms using it which is not enough to cause significant lag to you or anyone else and so could not be used for cheating, we did this purposefully.
