Hello, i have just got my netduma and setup a fence as shown in the image - multiple times, its throwing me back to the UK or here France. The ping heat map shows a server in Poland where the marker is. I understand if there are no games, there are no games, but should it be chucking me outside of the fence?

1. Disable GeoLatency
2. Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0)
3. Enable Strict Mode
4. Disable Fast Search

Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

Apologies, where are these settings? i have not come across any of these? Is there an advanced mode i need to enable?

Click the  icon top right on the Geo-Filter page and you can click settings and find them there

I've done all those things on mine and still had the same issue.

Are you making sure to have the Geo-Filter set before starting the game/console?
