Long wait times to find a game of Warzone

I'm playing on PS5. I'm not super tech savvy and maybe I'm doing something wrong. What are the best settings to get into a game? Like Geo Latency on/off? Neither seem to consistently connect to servers close to me. Thanks!

Make sure you've set your location then

• Disable GeoLatency
• Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0)
• Enable Strict Mode
• Disable Fast Search

Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

I eventually got into some games but I had to put Geo Latency back on.

Use the simple method instead of custom to filter, does it work better then?

Yes working now on simple method with Geo Latency off.

Great to hear that, thanks for the update. We're looking into the custom/polygon mode not filtering as it should.

It depends what your needs are, the XR500 has the latest firmware, the 1000 will get that soon. XR1000 does have WiFi 6.

I have the Xr1000 already.. when will it get the latest firmware?

We don't give out any ETAs, we're waiting on a build from NG currently
