r3 not accessable after factory reset

so after some issues i did a factory reset on fw .41

now i cant access the router neither through browser nor app. 

its wifi is on but the os seems to be not there. no internet. my other network devices plugged in r3 are there though

ok after unplugging for 10mins its working again
