Server couldn’t ping

Hi Everybody 

Can anybody please explain the reason that why server couldn’t ping + PlayStation status is inactive (picture attached) 

I took this picture in the mid of the match EAFC .

can you also give the best setting of R3 for EAFC because I have some lags

When it says it couldn't ping that is for a legitimate reason, some servers do not respond to pings. Is it pinging the rest of the time?

We're working to improve the inactive/active showing but as you're getting games it is working just displaying incorrectly.

What are your Congestion Control/SmartBOOST settings?

It is not pinging most time .
I have enabled smartboost and I give the priority to ps5 only as I used R3 only for PS5 

My CC setting :

50% down , 50% up , simple , always on

Do you play any other games? If so does it ping those servers okay or just this game you have an issue with?

I play only EAFC

Okay that's great, that's what I'd suspect. There aren't any game specific settings that you definitely need to do. As long as you have the Geo-Filter setup to get the closest servers and have Congestion Control setup to eliminate local congestion and SmartBOOST has your device/gaming prioritized you should be good.
