Of Ping Assist? To allow you to specify games you want to connect to that fall within a certain ping range e.g. 10 - 30ms

They're different features, you don't have to use either of them together

It's just a different way of filtering which is controlled in the same way, using your radius so if one doesn't work well try the other

In pratica avevo quel server di Milano Bloccato , ma mi ha mandato in partita.

There will be multiple servers clustered together in a location so you'd only be blocking one of a few in that location - as you can see on the map, the one you denied it showing with an X but the one you're connected to isn't.

Stavo provando a usare solo i server di torino per efotball facendo quel riquadro in verde ,ma mi butta inesorabilmente sempre e solo verso MILANO.

Are you changing the Geo-Filter settings while you're already on the game? If so that will be why. Make a change then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

After a new reset of r3 the only method than only work is the filter on the ping.

Sembra che sia cosi , 

tra l altro sto provando a negare dei server ma continua a propormi la partita li.
naturalmente li ho bloccati ieri e oggi sto riprovando.

Ti confermo che anche mettendo i server in "negati " mi vengono selezionati per creare delle partite. 

Naturalmente avviene anche dopo riavvio della playstation.

We're pretty sure the game is using relay servers which will be hard for us to resolve which is why it will require dev input, it may not be possible. We don't have a public ticket system, what you've done is fine thank you.
