New to setting up

So I just purchased my Netduma R3 today and tried hooking it up but it wouldnt connect to the internet. I contacted my provider (Spectrum) but they said to contact my manufacturer but I dont have time for to wait 48 hours for a email. Help?

plug it in wait for all lights to turn white then plug in pc load up a web browser and type in to adders bar 192.168.77.1 and walk tho the set-up steps

Have you connected to the router and gone through the Setup Wizard? You will need to do that before you get internet
