Hi, so sorry about this but i am a total noob.  Bought a Nighthawk XR1000 yesterday and keep getting this come up whenever i try and use the Geo-Filter.  It will not let me update Ping Assist, Set Distances nor attain my location.

Any idea what i'm doing wrong or not doing?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated, cheers.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me so soon.  As far as i can see Armour is active and i am not sure how to tell about the HTTPS bit you mentioned.

I have attached a screenshot of what my search bar looks like 😕 Not sure whether this is what you meant?

Looks like you're on HTTP so that's fine, that is what I was referring to.

If you disable Armor (you may need to do it from the Nighthawk mobile app) does it then work correctly after a reboot?
