Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 27 Administrators Share Posted January 27 Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please. Freshjive
1 hour ago, Netduma Fraser said: Very odd, try reinstalling the firmware again and see if that works please I have reinstalled the firmware twice with a factory reset. I suspect it is a firmware install issue as the initial flash did not go smooth.(guessing) I am kicking myself for not getting a sc of the error msg. I waited for a long time during the first flash, then when it was done, cleared the cache and refreshed the page. I did have the R3 freeze up and had to hard reset it. I am using openDNS. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29 Administrators Share Posted January 29 It's unlikely to be the ISP, thank you for the logs, I'll pass that on and the team can take a look. Freshjive
