xxfrostbitexx Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 For some reason when i play nhl it doesnt connect to the server when im using the steady ping and the closest server is in washington. i know the router is still new but can you guys please add nhl to the list of games
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 21, 2024 Administrators Posted January 21, 2024 Steady Ping doesn't have any impact on your ability to connect to a server, if just tries to stabilize the ping by adding a buffer. Do you literally mean you can't get into a game to play or that the graph doesn't appear? It has been requested so we'll likely do that. xxfrostbitexx 1

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 27, 2024 Administrators Posted January 27, 2024 Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it the ping graph appears.
