trouble connecting to duma

hello, im sure this has been covered multiple times but i havent found anything like my issue so please forgive my potential ignorance. i have the r2 and have had it for quite a while with zero problems, even up to this day. the unfortunate thing is that i was away for a while and could not update the firmware. because of this, i cannot access the router all together. i tried factory reset. i tried unplugging for 10 mins factory reset and still nothing. im wondering, where do i go from here to access my duma and make sure it stays up to date from now on? thanks for the help!!

While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

it was on 3.2.453 and is still loading. is this typical? i figure because its so behind

currently in progress! lol taking a bit of time and im making sure it stays connected over the wifi. its moving slowly but surely can see its doing stuff on the site

Should be pretty quick really, no longer than 5 minutes really, the router won't be connectable the whole time it goes through the process. Did it upgrade successfully?
