Denzoa Posted January 12 Share Posted January 12 Hey support team, So I've been trying to run the expert mode of the Ping optimizer, but every time I get to about 3 steps in, it cuts off saying an external issue stopped it from working, is there any way I can resolve this? I've rebooted the router 3 times already, didn't seem to change much. On a side note, will support for Quake Live/champions be added for smartboost/steady ping? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 12 Administrators Share Posted January 12 We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. I don't think we were planning on it specifically but I can make a request for it. Denzoa Posted January 14 Author Share Posted January 14 Thanks for replying ! And I see, so far I've been having a great time with the R3, connection is noticably more stable, so I'm very satisfied. I'll wait for future updates then, thanks for the help. Also, that would be nice, I play a lot of Quake Live specifically, and I noticed there's a smartboost option for Quake 3 Arena, but not Live. Steady ping sounds like a really nice feature, but due to my specific game choices I've yet to be able to test it, I may try it in Overwatch 2 some time, looking forward to it .
