Problem after Update R3

Hello from Brazil, 

I updated the latest firmware with the file I downloaded here from the forum on my R3, however it stopped accepting PPOE login data and when I go to the home screen, it doesn't leave that loading screen. Can someone help me?

Last, 4.0.16 

I've already cleared the browser's cache, but I still can't validate ppoe or go to the home screen. Before doing this update everything was normal.

I thought about downgrading the firmware. but I can't, is it possible to do it via pendrive?

You actually downgraded the router to a version that had the issue. We fixed the issue and ensured we put it on routers before it was sent out. 

I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
