Netduma R3 moderate NAT type

Hello, so turns out my Netduma is running as a moderate NAT type, I’ve tried restarting the router, also tried factory resetting the router but still no change, does anyone have a fix for this that would be able to assist me?

If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then.
