connecting outside of my red zone again

was working okay for a week or so now im connecting outside of my red zone again even if i block the Amsterdam server still connect to it over the uk servers

• Disable GeoLatency
• Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0)
• Enable Strict Mode
• Disable Fast Search

Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

Yeah these are my settings still nothing sadly only connects to Amsterdam

Does that white server in your radius appear the whole time throughout the game when the server is outside the radius? If so could you provide the ID of it please?

I've sent you .23 via PM which has some Geo-Filter improvements (we'll be making more so this is just in the meantime), you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset

Hi any update on this still having the same problem playing on the Amsterdam server having to play with extra 10 ping which is vital on these tourneys thanks

Are you making settings changes prior to launching the game?

Nope using same settings I used when it worked

What changed between it working and not working, anything you can think of?

All i done was connecting a new device other then that nothing haven't changed any settings used it every night for the same things changed no settings also disconnected the device that I added nothing

Try this:

1. Quit the application/game/client completely
2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
3. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
4. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
5. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
6. Wait 2 minutes
7. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works better.

It's happening to me as well. and I'm on 0.23 firmware.

It could be due to a relay server potentially, it's something I've raised with the team to investigate to see if that is the case. What ping is the Geo showing you vs the game?

Says 14-40 on Amsterdam I get about 25+ -30 on uk it's says 10-30 I get 13-19 what you have said to do works but not 100 percent of the time sometimes I'm still connecting to Amsterdam

Relay could be it then or potentially an issue on the backend for Geo. Geo improvements will come shortly and we'll look into the relay
