Playstation 5 inactive on Geo Filter

Hello,

I'm a complete noob to NetDuma. When I try to use the Geo filter I see "waiting on host for 1 or 2 seconds and then it goes immediately to inactive. Any help would be appreciated!

If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. That should help traffic flow properly. Add the console to the Geo-Filter, then reboot the console and see if it appears active when you're playing.
