NETDUMA R3 no internet

I just got this modem and did the setup and played a few games but when I restarted my pc it wasn’t getting any internet at all but wifi was still working. Couldn’t even use my Telus modem anymore for internet your guys router screwed everything up 

edit: internet randomly came back after a while but I don’t know if I want to even try re setting this Duma router up again if it’s going to do that again….

The router can't impact the upstream modem/routers ability to get internet, if that wasn't working either then it sounds like you had a dropout for a little while and should work again now
