How have you setup the ISP router exactly? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Where are you testing speeds? Where are you testing the ping? The game is slower in what way?

Isp router  took all ethernet cables out

turned off then turned on

ethernet connected to R3 wan port from isp router

wifi on isp router turned off

all devices connected to R3 ethernet ports

turned back on loaded up pc connected to 192.168.77.1

done the speed test here

instead on my normal speed 1000 download and 600upload it gives me

560download and 300 upload

if i test it from the xbox its the same

latency has increased from 30 to 45 testing through xbox

dsl reports gives me a C on all tests

gaming is slower because my punches are not as fast as they were… moving in game is slower everything… its not hard to understand what i was saying in my first message

You need to setup the ISP modem in modem/bridge mode or put the R3 in its DMZ to ensure traffic is passed directly to the R3 unimpeded. What speeds do you get on a wired PC to speedtest.net?

You'll need to adjust Congestion Control if you want a better result on the bufferbloat test, you can do this in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.

It's very likely Steady Ping causing the increase, it does this by design, you can see why on the video on our YT channel. You can disable it by clicking Steady Ping at the top of the map.

Once you do the first step IPv6 should work.

You can email [email protected] if you would like to pursue a refund.
