Hi, hi have problem with R3 . Before I have a netgear nighthawk and my ping was like 30 now with R3 is 50, it’s normal ?

Where are you checking the ping exactly? It could be Steady Ping causing it

Disable Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter page by clicking it at the top of the map, is it still high then?

What is the model of the ISP modem/router the R3 is connected to and how is that setup? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you setup Congestion Control?

I don’t use modem I use only R3

So the R3 is connected via ethernet direct to the wall? You should set the Congestion Control percentages lower, that's what helps with lag/high ping, try 70% for download/upload and see if it helps. If not you may need to experiment with it further.

@Netduma Frasernot the exact issue, but my router ping shows 12-16 for my device to the MW3 MP server, but the game is showing a ping of 43. This is with steady ping currently disabled. Is this an error on either part or am I understanding the representation in DumaOS incorrectly?

The in game ping includes processing delay, all games have it but not all choose to include it in their ping calculation. It's not something we can calculate. If the in game ping is up to 30ms higher roughly then the game should play well, anything higher than that could indicate the server is under heavy load and it's best to try to force a different server.
