Since updating to new beta firmware

Getting increasingly frustrated now. 
 

this product was advertised to be there next biggest best gaming router. I’m now being dissconnected from the router every 20/30mins. And all I’ve done is change the firmware. Can I get a link to go back to the original firmware. 
 

I know this isn’t all netdumas fault but it really does frustrate consumers when we buy products that clearly are not 100%. Ping optimiser doesn’t hold down my results. And goes back to 0%. The fact I’m getting bigger ping just to justify “steady ping” totally contradicts the whole point. Which btw doesn’t work 100% of the time. Again something which should have been spoken about before we spent our money. Smartboost. My prioritised things either stay there one minute or they disappear and I have to re add them.

I'd be surprised if its the firmware specifically as it just included some Geo-Filter updates but I have sent you the old one. I suspect what would help massively is a factory reset to remove any remnants of previous versions and that should clear most of the issues. Steady Ping increases your ping on purpose, you can see how it works and why it's useful in this video:
