Hi, as in title I have a lot of problems with connecting to internet with my fresh Netduma R3. Firstly I've connected my ethernet cable from fibre box straight to Netduma using wan port, I've tried to set up wan credentials (pppoe - username - password) just like I was logging in on my Plusnet router. It didn't work. Then I've set my Plusnet Hub 2 router into the bridge mode and connected both routers as You can see in pictures attached (ont box - wan on Hub 2 - Lan 1 - wan port on Netduma). It didn't work either. Please can I have some help as I don't want to return the router :( Thanks 🙏

With the way you have it setup now, reboot the R3, wait a few minutes then access and you should be able to get internet

Do i enter anything under "service" in wan settings ? Do I still need to configure wan options at all or just leave it be for 10 minutes and it should connect?

Actually take the Hub out of bridge mode, then as you won't need PPPoE in the setup the reboot should be sufficient to get you internet and allow you to complete the wizard

Thank You so much !! It is working now ! Would You suggest turning off Hub 2 WiFi or keep it ? Would keeping WiFi on have any impact on the WiFi performance of Netduma R3? Thanks for any advice.

That's great to hear! Yes the ideal setup would be to disable the WiFi on the hub. Also copy the WAN IP from the R3 WAN Settings page and enter that into the DMZ on the Hub - that will ensure you don't have any NAT issues.

Hi,

I'm new owner of Duma R3 and having trouble with logging in to the Duma OS and 192.168.77.1 online to setup the wizard.

It's best to make a new topic for your issue but what is it you're seeing when trying to access?
