Hi.

I actually need to reboot my Router, because some Devices have no or poor internet connection and I can no longer access the OS via the app. Sometimes i need to reboot several Times, then it runs.

My Firmware is 4.0.21

How are the devices connected, via ethernet or WiFi? What happens when you try to access via the app? - Do you still have access via a PC when this happens?

Came home from work, couldn't access to DumaOS app but could access the PC.

Updated firmware to .23, can still access the PC but still can't access the App and that's after a reboot.

Shows "Unknown Error Occurred!"

The strange thing is that my cell phone always has internet via WiFi. But then I have problems loading certain pages. The LEDs on the router always flash differently as I have set them up!

My girlfriend usually doesn't have any internet on her cell phone and a TV via WiFi as well.

Unfortunately I can only access the OS via the app via WiFi. Whenever the router causes these problems, I can no longer figure it out, even though my cell phone is still connected to the router.

Is the phone 100% connected to the R3 WiFi when this happens?

Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with? It may not be getting the power that it needs.

I my Cause, my Phone is connect with the Duma WiFi!

The Duma ist directly connected with a seperate Outlet, with the original Adapter. But how could that be? Did you have known issues with your Adapter? Never heard from Problems like that.

100%.

I've got the WiFi bands split into 2.4GHz and 5GHz, I've tried being connected to both but still receive the same error.

What I will try tomorrow, is I have a WiFi extender set up downstairs to try boost the signal to the TV and I have it set so it shares the same name (all connected as one network) as opposed to its separate connection, maybe that's why I cant connect because maybe it thinks I'm connected to the extender?

But even then, its the same WiFi network so I don't see how that could affect it.

There is the possibility it was faulty from the factory - unlikely but worth trying with another just to be sure

Ah that could be a possibility - it shouldn't be an issue but could be a bug

Update: Today same Issue without Repeater. Try to connect via App is not possible. "Internal Server Error"!

Now i reboot and will Set the SmartBoost off.

After 1 Reboot, everything ist fine again. But i'm wondering about the CPU Usage. In the Image is without SmartBoost and nothing in my Network is aktive.

Not sure if this relevant to this topic but my r3 reboots itself at least once a day and is frustrating when in mid match.

That sounds like power potentially, if you look at what I mentioned above for this does that help?

It’s plugged directly into the mains not an extension lead.

i don’t think it’s power, I think the lights even stay on, but it happens once a day without fail.

Okay so it might not be rebooting and instead disconnecting, when it happens can you access the interface immediately? Do all devices lose internet?

All devices lose internet, not sure about interface as I’ve got it exactly how I want it so never need to access the interface unless I want to change something.

also to add I’ve noticed the far left light light will be the only one on and the rbg on top is still doing what it normally does, sometimes all lights will stay on and I disconnect.
