Geo filter - what is a good ping?

Other than actually playing in the lobby and noticing the game feels crisp what do u consider the optimal ping to put the hosts into the allow section of the filter just getting to grips with router settings just wondered what other people on the forum would consider a good host I've been getting hosts with between 25/50 ms

In the old days of COD1 on PC if you had a 30ms ping, you were a god. 60 was what I shot for when my local server was full.

I've always kept a general rule of thumb that pc games between 20-50ms and on console 30-75ms

It's a bit of a personal 'feeling' but I'm an old PC gamer and persoanlly I was always wanting to be 50ms and under.

 

But a steady 60-70ms on console actually feels 'ok'. It's more an unstable line can really kill you. A bad host who pings at 20ms is worse than a rock solid 70ms.
