XR1000V2 Ping Optimizer setup

Hello,

When I first got my new router this month I was able to setup the ping optimizer with no issue. Now since I did a factory reset to the router when I go to do either a quick test or full test it never completes. It just keeps saying setting up with the loading circle continously going. I really like this feature and hope I can get help on fixing it back like before. Thanks

Hello, welcome to the forum!

There are some issues with the servers being used, we'll likely need a firmware update to correct it but we'll do what we can from the cloud. In the meantime it would be best to manually adjust Congestion Control to eliminate lag.
