DarkInc187 Posted December 23, 2023 Share Posted December 23, 2023 Hello, When I first got my new router this month I was able to setup the ping optimizer with no issue. Now since I did a factory reset to the router when I go to do either a quick test or full test it never completes. It just keeps saying setting up with the loading circle continously going. There are some issues with the servers being used, we'll likely need a firmware update to correct it but we'll do what we can from the cloud.
