COD MW3 with HybridVPN can't connect to servers

Hello

I'm using NetDuma R2 Router.

Trying to connect to LA servers with HybridVPN on (PureVPN).

I've added my whole PC to the VPN list. Using TCP config file for LA VPN server.

VPN works but in COD, in network settings I'm getting following info.

The issue is, when I'm trying to find a match, I'm getting "Searching for a match <200MS ping" indefinetly.  Geo-filter is disabled. Did anyone else have a similar issue, is there a workaround for this? Does the game not allow you to connect to servers above 200ms ping?

Enabling geo-filter doesn't help - same issue.

Great to hear you were able to resolve the issue, thanks for the update!

To be honest I've done a bit more testing now and it works maybe 1/4, usually it still just keeps doing what I've explained in the OP, so it's still an issue

Where are you actually located? If you're trying to connect to a server far away you'll have a high ping, adding a VPN into the mix will increase this even higher

I'm well aware that it'll increase the latency and I don't mind that at all. The issue is that for some reason game doesn't want me to connect to the servers with a VPN, I've done a bit more testing and same thing happens with even EU VPN servers (I'm located in Europe)

It's quite possible that they block popular VPN IP addresses to prevent people connecting to games with a higher ping than they need or connecting to servers very far away. If you're set on using a VPN try a less popular service and see if that works

Which one would you recommend? I'm currently using PureVPN.
