liluziflirtttt
That didn't work, I unplugged the ethernet cable for 30sec and waited 2 minutes. Unable to access the interface
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 26, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 26, 2023 Are you enabling/disabling SmartBOOST a lot? What settings have you changed from a reset for example? Does it happen after changing an option ever?
liluziflirtttt
No, I just play with Geo-filter for CoD
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 27, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 27, 2023 Could you try disabling SmartBOOST fully - on the page click and go to settings then disable and see if it still occurs after that please? liluziflirtttt
Sorry to say but it's happening again, I rebooted the router and disabled SmartBOOST. At noon I was able to access the interface, I also tried to disable the cache in inspect element and the issue persisted.

Someone mentioned disabling IPv6 in WAN/LAN helped, could you try that please?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 29, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 29, 2023 That's very strange, does it happen around the same time every time it happens, e.g. every 4 hours? Do you notice any pattern to settings changes/usage prior to it being inaccessible? Is it the .23 version you're on?

Yeah, like I’m able to access the interface twice in one day then like 4-6 hours stop working and I don’t make any changes, I’m currently on version .

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 1 Administrators Share Posted January 1 I wouldn't have thought so no, given you've disabled all the options that other people have and it started working for them, I think it must be a deeper issue for you. I think it's best we get the team to remote in and have a look when they're back. As you don't get much time when you do have access I'll let you know when they're ready so you can take the necessary steps to allow them access. I'll get back to you. liluziflirtttt
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 13 Administrators Share Posted February 13 For not being able to access, the team are asking: While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter, does the 192.168.77.1 IP show for the gateway? Are devices receiving the normal 192.168.77.x IP addresses? What lights are lit up on the router? Is it always only a reboot that fixes the issue?
