R2 constantly with high ping and dropping internet alongside not being able to filter any wifi devices for gaming

So I am running into an issue where I cant get servers to populate on my PC but they will on my Xbox. Currently I have multiple EERO wifi devices added to the system to get better coverage upstairs. Even though the eero device is connected to the R2, it isnt showing any servers or anything when I am loading into a game. Then the other issue is on my Xbox when I am connected to the R2 wifi I am constantly getting lag spikes and high ping spikes when in game. It seems like its disconnecting and reconnecting multiple times throughout a match

Hello, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having these issues, for WiFi try this:

  1. Disable Mirror Mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds
  2. Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that
  3. Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results
  4. Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface
  5. Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible
  6. Set the antennae to this position _ | | _

For the Geo-Filter try this:

  1. Quit the application/game/client completely
  2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
  3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC)
  4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
  5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
  6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
  7. Wait 2 minutes
  8. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works better.
